Ogaga Udjo — Global air transport expert | Infrastructure | Strategy and Finance — brings more than 15 years of international experience in airline management, private advisory, and development finance, with a focus on emerging and frontier markets. With roots in Pretoria and based in Washington, D.C., he operates at the intersection of Global South and Global North air transport market realities, policy, capital, and institutions. Through his private practice, Logics Advisory (South Africa), he has led advisory engagements in air service development, corporate and policy strategy—including the leadership of a landmark air group privatization process—as well as airport development, commercial and network strategies, and aeropolitical matters. As an advisor to the World Bank, he supports operations and advisory work across an air transport portfolio exceeding $1 billion, covering sector reform, regional connectivity and integration, PPP enablement, and SAF (sustainable aviation fuel) commercialization. His industry background includes senior roles in network planning, strategy, and leadership at Qatar Airways, Comair (British Airways franchise), and South African Airways. With a data-driven and stakeholder-centered approach, he has delivered successful outcomes in more than 40 countries. He is a recognized speaker and media contributor and holds master’s degrees in International Business and Strategy (South Africa) and in Finance (United States).
