Aigerim Shalekenova — Air transport and aviation safety expert with more than 17 years of comprehensive experience in aircraft engineering, operational execution, regulatory oversight, and strategic advisory. She combines operational expertise—leading aircraft acquisitions and redeliveries, major maintenance programs, and fleet transition strategies across Europe, North America, Asia, and emerging markets—with regulatory leadership: as Director of Airworthiness at the Aviation Administration of Kazakhstan, she established the national inspectorate, recruited and trained inspectors, developed procedures, and aligned systems with ICAO standards, contributing to sustained improvements in USOAP results (86.5%).
