Andy Ricover, B.A. in Economics, MBA, brings 31 years of experience in aviation economics, privatizations, air transport policy, traffic forecasting, regulation, due diligence, and valuation. He has worked on more than 340 projects in 106 countries for governments, operators, bidding consortia, law firms, and development banks, and has served as a senior air transport specialist with both the World Bank Group and the Inter-American Development Bank. Andy has designed national aviation policies for more than 30 countries, advised on numerous PPP processes for airports and airlines, and acted as an expert witness in international arbitration proceedings. He is fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, and also has knowledge of French and Italian.
